About Me
Law graduate with a strong academic foundation and a focused transition into corporate finance and investment analysis. This portfolio presents selected work in equity valuation, financial modeling, and financial statement analysis, developed as part of a rigorous preparation for top-tier MSc Finance / MiF programs and a career in investment and corporate finance.
This profile reflects a commitment to analytical excellence, disciplined financial thinking, and the development of practical valuation skills aligned with the standards of leading financial institutions and graduate programs.
From Law to Finance
My academic background in Law provided a rigorous foundation in analytical thinking, structured reasoning, and the interpretation of complex information — skills that naturally extend to financial analysis and valuation. Through focused self-study and formal preparation in corporate finance, I developed strong capabilities in equity valuation, financial modeling, and financial statement analysis, with particular emphasis on DCF methodology, WACC estimation, and investment thesis construction.
This transition reflects a deliberate move toward a career in investment and corporate finance, driven by a strong interest in how businesses create value, how capital is allocated, and how strategic decisions are reflected in financial performance. The combination of legal training and financial analysis allows me to approach valuation with precision, discipline, and a deep understanding of risk, structure, and documentation.
Why Valuation & Research / MiF Goal
My short-term objective is to pursue an MSc in Finance or a Master in Finance (MiF) at a top European business school in order to deepen my technical expertise in valuation, corporate finance, and investment analysis. I am particularly interested in advanced coursework in financial modeling, equity research, mergers & acquisitions, and capital markets.
In the medium term, I aim to build a career in investment banking, equity research, or corporate development, where I can apply rigorous financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and value creation. In the long run, my goal is to develop into a finance professional with strong analytical depth, international exposure, and the ability to advise on complex transactions and investments.
This academic and professional path reflects a clear commitment to excellence, continuous development, and positioning myself for competitive roles in high-performance financial environments.
